Will pressure washing damage my roof?
High pressure absolutely will — it strips the protective granules off asphalt shingles and shortens the life of the roof. Roofs should be soft washed at low pressure with a cleaning solution that kills the algae. If anyone offers to pressure wash your shingles, send them away.
How often should a house be washed?
Most homes do well once a year. Shaded, damp and heavily wooded lots may need it more often, and dry climates less.
Will it kill my plants?

Can you get oil stains out of my driveway?
