1. What we are — and are not

USA Home Repairs ("we", "us") operates a referral and scheduling service. We connect homeowners and businesses with independent, third-party service technicians ("Technicians") and coordinate scheduling and follow-up. We are not a contractor, locksmith, chimney sweep, duct cleaner, gate installer or garage door company, and we do not perform, supervise, or control any work. Each Technician is an independent business, not our employee, contractor, agent, partner or joint venturer. We are not a party to any agreement, estimate, or transaction between you and a Technician. Any contract for services is solely between you and the Technician.

2. Technicians are solely responsible for the work

The Technician who performs your service is solely responsible for that work, including its quality, safety, timeliness, permits, licensing, insurance, warranties, materials and any resulting damage or injury. Any estimate, price, invoice, guarantee or warranty is made by and enforceable against the performing Technician. References on this website to "our technicians", "we fix", "our workmanship guarantee" and similar phrases describe services arranged through our referral network and performed by Technicians, and do not make us the provider of those services.

3. Licensing and insurance

We ask Technicians to hold the licenses and insurance required in their jurisdiction and to pass a background check, but we do not guarantee any Technician's credentials, insurance coverage, availability or performance. Any description of a Technician as licensed, insured, vetted, background-checked or similar reflects information provided to us and does not constitute an endorsement, warranty, certification or guarantee by us. You are responsible for independently verifying any credential that matters to you before work begins.

4. Estimates and pricing

Every service begins with a free estimate given by your technician on site. Your price is the estimate you approve before work begins. If the scope of work changes, work stops until you approve a revised estimate.

5. Workmanship guarantee

The workmanship guarantee described on this site is provided by the performing Technician and covers the specific work on your invoice. If that work fails due to workmanship, contact us and we will arrange for the Technician to correct it. It does not cover unrelated components, pre-existing conditions, normal wear, or damage caused by others. Our role under the guarantee is limited to coordination.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

THIS WEBSITE AND OUR REFERRAL SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR WORKMANLIKE PERFORMANCE OF ANY SERVICE PERFORMED BY A TECHNICIAN.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, USA HOME REPAIRS, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND — INCLUDING PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY, LOSS OF USE, OR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO ANY SERVICE PERFORMED BY A TECHNICIAN, ANY DELAY OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SERVICE, OR YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE. IF WE ARE FOUND LIABLE NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

8. Release

Because we are not a party to the services, if you have a dispute with a Technician you agree to resolve it directly with the Technician. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release USA Home Repairs and its owners, officers, employees and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages (actual and consequential), losses and liabilities of every kind, known or unknown, arising out of or connected with any Technician's acts or omissions, any service performed or not performed, or any dispute between you and a Technician, and you agree not to seek any legal remedy from us with respect to them.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless USA Home Repairs and its owners, officers, employees and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of our service or this website, your interactions or transactions with any Technician, any property you provide access to, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Arbitration and class-action waiver

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. Any dispute, claim or controversy between you and USA Home Repairs arising out of or relating to these Terms, this website, our referral service, or any service arranged through us shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. YOU AND WE EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. Arbitration shall take place in Broward County, Florida, or by telephone/video at your election. You may opt out of this arbitration provision by calling (888) 996-7488 and stating that you opt out, within 30 days of first using our service.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and by the Federal Arbitration Act as to Section 10.

12. Your agreement

By calling us, booking a Technician through us, or using this website, you agree to these Terms, including that any claim regarding a service is against the performing Technician and not against us.

13. Appointments and contact

Appointment windows are estimates and may change; we will notify you promptly. By calling us or providing your phone number you consent to receive calls and text messages about your request — including automated, pre-recorded or AI-assisted calls and messages — at that number. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to any text to opt out. Calls may be recorded for quality and training.

Text messaging terms. USA Home Repairs texts customers only about their own request — scheduling, appointment confirmations, reminders and job updates — and never sends marketing texts. You opt in by ticking the consent box on our free-estimate form or by calling or texting us. Message frequency varies (usually 1–5 messages per request). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; reply HELP for help or call (888) 996-7488. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 14. Emergencies

Our service is not an emergency service. If you smell gas, see fire or smoke, suspect carbon monoxide, or anyone is injured, leave the area and call 911 first. Safety information on this website is general in nature and is not professional advice for your specific situation.

15. General

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding our referral service and this website. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version here with a new date; continued use after that date is acceptance.
